Casa Can Picarola is located in the s’Amarador settlement, which belongs to the municipality of Santanyí. You can reach the beautiful, unspoilt s’Amarador beach on foot in about eight minutes, so you can conveniently leave your car parked in front of the house. From the garden, you access the covered terrace (porche). The spacious entrance area leads directly into the dining area. The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio, and offers direct access to the terrace. The kitchen has been completely renovated and is equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. The three bedrooms each have either two single beds or a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and insect screens. With a maximum occupancy of six people, two modern bathrooms are available. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the house and on the terrace. All sleeping and living areas are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), so you can feel comfortable at any time of year. In summer, you enjoy the proximity to one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches; in the cooler months, the cosy, heated house invites you to relax, and you can take wonderful excursions or hike along the coast or through the Mondragó Natural Park directly from the house. The outdoor area offers sun loungers, a sunshade, an outdoor shower, an additional indoor shower with toilet, a chill-out area for pleasant evenings, and a barbecue area with grill and its own dining table. Villa Blue Lagoon, built in 2013, combines Mallorcan country house style on the outside with a modern atmosphere inside. It is located in the second sea line in the settlement of Cala Llombards, which belongs to the municipality of Santanyi in the southeast of Mallorca. In recent years, several undeveloped plots have been sold, and many new owners are fulfilling their dream of owning a house in one of the island’s most beautiful places. Some new buildings are almost finished, while others are still under construction. The picturesque bay can be reached in just 5 minutes, as the stairway to the rocky plateau is only 300 meters away. The house offers a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area, a guest toilet, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms, two of which are en suite. In the living room, you will find a large flat-screen TV with internet access. All bedrooms are also equipped with an internet-enabled flat-screen TV. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with an en suite bathroom, the other with direct access to the pool terrace. The two upstairs bedrooms have access to a large terrace, one also with an en suite bathroom and separate terrace access. Another terrace on the second floor offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. You enter the house via a covered terrace that extends across the entire front of the house. On the terrace there is a solid dining table with benches and a lounge area where you can enjoy your evening digestif and look out over the attractively illuminated garden planting around the house. The terrace leads directly into the dining room, which is adjoined by a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has its own exit to the north-facing terrace. This is a particularly pleasant place to have breakfast in summer, when the south-facing terrace already has too much sun. There is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor and a tastefully furnished, large living room with a UHD Smart TV (ASTRA 19.2° East) and a fireplace. From the hallway in the entrance area, a staircase leads up to the second floor. Here there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite. Two bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony that extends across the entire front of the house. From here you have a wonderful distant view of Ses Salines as far as the island of Cabrera. The third bedroom also has a small east-facing balcony. The finca has oil central heating, making it a comfortable home even in the colder months of the year. El Retiro is situated on a plot of 18,000 sqm. With sufficient distance to the nearest neighbor, the finca offers a high degree of privacy. The 12 x 4 m heated infinity pool is located to the south in front of the main house. The pool is cleaned without the addition of chlorine using a salt water electrolysis system with automatic pH regulation and an additional UV sterilizer.

Finca Can Simonet is located on a plot of 17 hectares very close to the village of Es Llombards and was completed in 2010. It is very close to Cala Llombards and the famous Es Trenc beach and meets the highest standards. The spacious living/dining room has a dining table with chairs and a cozy sofa area with a flat screen in front of the fireplace. You will receive German television. The villa has three bedrooms for two people each. If there are seven of you, we will put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. You will sleep in one of the two double or single beds. With a total of four bathrooms, you have plenty of privacy. One of the bathrooms is en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard. There is a summer kitchen by the pool area with a large dining table and oven. Of course there is also a barbecue in the outdoor area. All rooms are at ground level. In the large underground garage (164 sqm) there is a table tennis table. From the upper terrace you have a great view over Es Llombards to Ses Salines. The layout of the finca is such that even with six people everyone can have their own area. The finca was built in 1920 and renovated in 2018. At the beginning of 2023 there was a small refreshment in some areas. The dining room is furnished with an oval table and behind it, before entering the living room, there is a cozy chill-out area. The air conditioning unit located here allows you to control the temperature from mid-June to the end of September. There are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom; the second bathroom, which is very spacious and has direct access to the terrace, can be accessed via the living room. In the heart of Cala Figuera, you’ll have restaurants and bars just a short walk away, so you can leave your car and enjoy the local atmosphere on foot. The ground floor offers two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living and dining area, accessible via the kitchen, is air-conditioned. A second bathroom, accessible from the patio, provides cold water only. An open staircase leads to the upper bedroom, which also features air conditioning and a small terrace. In summer, you’ll likely spend most of your time relaxing in the patio or on the smaller terrace off the living area. Cala Figuera is famous for its picturesque harbor, scenic promenades, and inviting restaurants. While there’s no beach in Cala Figuera, two beautiful coves invite you to take long walks along the water. From Bon Bar, you can watch fishermen return with their catch in the late afternoon. Cala Santanyi is just 5 minutes away by car, and other stunning beaches like s’Amarador, Cala Llombards, and Es Trenc are nearby. The area offers a wide selection of excellent restaurants. Vacation home for 4 people with a beautiful terrace for barbecuing and only 5 minutes by car from Cala Santanyi. This vacation home for 4 people is located "down town" Cala Figuera. In the 1960s/70s, this very pretty fishing village was a stronghold for young people on a budget. I googled it... here you can read all about what was there back then and what they experienced. Fun to read 😊. The little house is located parallel to the promenade in the second line. This makes it easy to walk to the restaurants. In terms of layout, it is a typical Mallorcan house. The bedrooms are to the left and right of the entrance area. Behind them is a small bathroom and straight ahead is the living area with sitting area, flat screen TV and open kitchen. There is not much left of the layout when Maria, the owner, raised her three sons together with her husband Tomeu. Toni, the eldest son, is an architect. My guests who have fallen in love with Casita Els Sestadors will once again be amazed by this young man's creativity. The living area is open and bright with a staircase leading to the upper roof terrace. Especially in summer, however, you will spend most of your time on the large terrace, which is accessible at ground level. There is an awning over the large dining table with chairs, where you can enjoy a delicious cooked or grilled meal and breakfast.
